We would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who came along and played in yesterday's Gent's Open in what can only be described as 'challenging' conditions!
The rain was relentless in the morning especially but it didn't stop some fantastic scoring and we have some very deserving winners who battled through to the end.
Firstly in the Gross section congratulations to Bally Whytock of the Perth Artisans who had a winning score of 70 - great scoring in those conditions! 2nd place went to Allan Fraser of Craigie Hill with a 73 with Brian Martin claiming 3rd on 75.
The best Nett score of the day went to David MacLeod of Perth Artisans with a fantastic 64, narrowly beating Ian Flynn with a better last 3 holes! Third was Ryan Bissett with a 65.
The over 60's Gross prize was won by Jimmy Walker with a 73 while the Nett prize goes to Nigel Spence who finished with a Nett 70.
Longest Drive on the 13th was won by Ian Flynn and nearest the pin on 16th was Mark Selby - well played guys!
